I Get Your Struggle

From anti-oxidants to low-carb diets to coconut oil and intermittent fasting... there is just so much food and nutrition information out there! How do you know what is helpful, legitimate and trustworthy versus false, misleading and harmful? It can be overwhelming and confusing when nutrition misinformation is constantly being shared. That's where Veloce Dietetics comes in. We are here to help debunk nutrition myths and lead you down the right path to health.

Since 2018, I’ve been helping my clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their nutrition habits and lifestyle choices. As a Registered Dietitian (RD), I aim to help create a life balance that prioritizes your nutrition, well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self. I never take a "one size fits all" approach, nor do I believe in fad diets or magic supplement claims. I strongly believe in balanced, personalized and sustainable eating patterns, and this reflects in how I practice as a dietitian. My clients' happiness is my priority, always!

What is a Registered Dietitian (RD)?

Food & Nutrition Expert

Dietitians are recognized experts in translating scientific, medical and nutrition information into practical healthy eating tips that Ontarians understand.

Dietitians look beyond fads and gimmicks to deliver reliable, life-changing advice tailored to your goals as well as personal needs and challenges. Dietitians are your most trusted source for nutrition information because of the required education and practical training that is involved in becoming a RD.

Dietitians provide science-based nutrition advice that is extensively researched for its validity, applicability and importance. This evidence-based information,  combined with the dietitian's expertise and judgment, guides their decision making in dietetics.

Dietitians are accountable to provincial regulatory bodies for the highest standards of education and ethics. These provincial regulatory bodies are in place to protect the public.

Italian Background

Growing up in a big Italian family really laid down the groundwork for my love of food. You could always find me helping out in the kitchen - I loved cooking, baking and eating of course. Family gatherings always included amazing 4-course meals that we wouldn't miss for the world (especially when Nonna made Ravioli or Gnocchi).

Fast forward to high school and university, where I developed a true passion for helping others. Mix this with my love of food, and I began my journey towards my dream job of being a Dietitian. In no way was this journey linear or straightforward like I thought it would be. Like most traditional Italian cooking, it took patience, determination and focus. I could not be happier with where I am today, and I am looking forward to what my future holds!
